小贴士肉的炖至时间要根据肉的多少块的大小,来决定时间,如果肉块不是很大,大概一个半小时就已经素烂了,中途可以尝下,饼胚吃的就是原味,不要放油盐,油酥,配上腊汁肉已经很香了,如果着急不想慢炖的可以用电高压锅,半小时就ok了!
嚴格來說應該叫饃夾肉!!!
